How to use your gift certificate

Present your Gift Certificate in Renew Physio for payment of merchandise and/or services available for purchase in a UK Renew Physio clinic. If the Gift Certificate presented are insufficient to pay the total amount of the transaction for which they are offered in payment, the remainder of the transaction balance can be paid by any other method of payment accepted by Renew Physio.

Gift certificate terms and conditions

1. Renew Physio Sterling Gift Certificates are redeemable against any merchandise and/ or service available of purchase in UK Renew Physio Clinic only.

2. Renew Physio Gift Specific Certificates are only redeemable against the specific gift indentified on the certificate, in UK Renew Physio Clinics only.

3. Multiple Gift Certificates may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods and/ or services being purchased in that transaction.

4. Gift Certificates are non-transferable and they cannot be exchanged for cash or used to the purchase other Renew Physio Gift Certificates via the Renew Physio website.

5. Gift Certificates cannot be used as payment for treatments previously received or any outstanding account balances with Renew Physio relating thereto.

6. For purchases in a Renew Physio clinic and/or ay shop located therein, where Sterling Gift Certificates offered have a greater value than the goods being purchased, change above £4.99 will be returned as a Renew Physio Gift Certificate and change due to you amounting to £4.99 or less shall be paid to you in cash.

7. Gift Certificates must be presented and submitted upon redemption in any transaction at the clinic.

8. Gift Certificates will expire on the date marked on the Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

9. Please treat Gift Certificates as cash in terms of security. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift Certificates are void if the perforated tear-off area has been removed.

10. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights and/or Renew Physio’s terms and conditions of supply located at Renew Physio, 16 Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EG as amended from time to time.

11. Renew Physiotherapy Limited reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Certificates which it deems to have been tampered with, amended, revised, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

12. Renew Physiotherapy Limited reserves the right to change, update and/ or supplement any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the certificate if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
